The minimum age to rent a vehicle is 20 years.
The minimum rental period is 24 hours.
All rental rates are in Euros with VAT included.
Rates include unlimited mileage.
Te rental rate includes compulsory third-party insurance protecting you against liability should you cause damage to a third party.
Casco insurance shall not cover compensation for the damages less than 200 Euro, the damage caused while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other intoxicants, driving without a valid driving license, or while the driving license is seized, as well as when the number of persons in the vehicle exceeds the number of available seats. The customer shall compensate V&D Boka for damages incurred regardless of the supplementary insurance policy for Casco insurance.
In the event of traffic accident, vehicle breakdown, the user shall stay next to his car, wait for the police and make a record, and wait for V&D Boka staff to collect the vehicle. If the user fails to take any of these actions whereby causing damage to V&D Boka, he/she shall reimburse the full amount along with the lost profit.
The supplementary insurance policy for Casco insurance does not cover damages to tires, the lower part of the vehicle – below the number plates, and minor scratches on the vehicle that need polishing, as well as lost keys, car documents, tools and first aid equipment fees that the user shall compensate the agency in full.
In case of loosing the car keys and documents the user shall be charges a fee of 2000 Euro.
The user shall pay all fuel consumed during rental, unless he returns the same amount of fuel as at the beginning of the rental.
In the event the user does not return the same amount of fuel, it will be calculated in accordance with the mileage travelled, and 0.15Q per kilometre, while V&D Boka reserves the right to increase the rate of this part, depending on the fuel price fluctuations at petrol stations.
In the event of a delay in return of the vehicle, an additional fee amounting to 1/4 of the daily rental rate per each hour of delay shall be charged.
V&D Boka reserves the right to amend the daily rate for rentals.

The Car Rental Agreement signed when undertaking the obligations precisely defines all mutual rights and responsibilities of the car rental agency and the user.
